Can you help without moving my hosting?
Yes. Performance troubleshooting, malware removal, DNS and SSL work can be scoped separately. Describe the issue rather than trying to identify the technical cause first.
Will a migration require downtime?
It depends on the site and how its data changes. Most preparation can happen privately. Active stores may need a final data synchronization or a controlled checkout pause, agreed before the change.
What do you need for an initial quote?
The website URL, current environment, planned change and timing are enough to begin. Do not send passwords in the enquiry form. Access is arranged after the scope is understood.
